Print Rules:
Print competition is held on the first meeting of each month except December.
Members may submit a maximum of two (2) prints in any one competition Division.
All print entries must be submitted to the Print Committee before 7:15 pm on the night of the competition. All prints must be picked up after each competition unless other arrangements have been made ahead of time. The Print Committee is not responsible for entries not picked up.
Original exposures must be made by the entrant. Any manipulation or changes to the exposure prior to or during printing must be under the personal direction of the entrant.
All prints in every category MUST be mounted and/or matted, with a substantial material. Prints may be printed and mounted commercially. Failure to mount or mat prints may be cause for rejection by the Print Committee.
Print Sizes:
Pictorial Class A Monochrome or Color -- maximum size of 16 X 20 inches including mount and matting
Pictorial Class B Monochrome or Color -- maximum size of 11 X 14 inches including mount and matting
Nature and Photojournalism - maximum size of 16 X 20 inches including mount and matting
Print Titles:
All prints must have a Title, Maker's name and Class of Competition displayed on the back of the print. The Title can be no longer than 30 characters.
